Google and Westfield Execs Meet Seed House Project Members

When people get involved with the Seed House Project, beautiful things bloom! Thank you to Melissa Monaghan, SoCal Site Manager for Google and Erin Bryan, Sr. Director for WestfieldWestfield Rise for coming to SHP’s Beverly Glen location to discuss their career paths and inspire our members with their professional and personal journeys.

Seed House Project’s mission is to provide holistic support to our members, so they can reclaim their sense of self, pursue education and employment opportunities, and build long-term stability. Our  programs include dignity-centered housing, education and financial literacy support, employment pathways, and youth development services informed by trauma-aware practices.

A large component of our programs is Community Development and Career Pathways.—We are committed to providing our members mentorship & professional exposure.

These initiatives are incorporated into Seed House Project’s Life School approach, which reimagines what education was meant to be: young people don’t memorize facts but acquire the tools to live, lead and thrive.

It is a place where they can feel safe and focused enough to enroll in college and succeed in their classes. It is a circle of belonging where resilience becomes wisdom, creativity becomes leadership and learning becomes liberation.

We thank our incredible guest speakers, who embraced our community and uplifted our members on their paths  to create lives of personal success.
