Inspiring the Next Generation: Inside Our Latest Visionary Chats & Career Speaker Session

What an incredible evening! Last night, our members gathered for our latest Visionary Chats & Career Speaker Session, followed by a vibrant community dinner—and the energy in the room was truly unmatched.

Events like this lie at the heart of Seed House Project’s Life School approach. We are committed to equipping our youth with real tools for life: providing mentorship, professional exposure, and a safe, encouraging space to grow, lead, and uncover their true career passions.

To help our members see what is possible in industries they might not otherwise have direct access to, we were honored to welcome two phenomenal industry trailblazers.

Powerhouse Insights from Music, Tech & Live Entertainment

A massive thank you to our guest speakers for generously pouring their time, wisdom, and experience into our youth:

• Julie Pilat (Chief Growth Officer at FYI.ai)

Julie shared powerful insights drawn from her career leading music and tech innovation at giants like Beats by Dre, Apple Music, and beyond. Her story gave our youth a rare look into how creativity and cutting-edge technology intersect to shape culture.

• Candace Newman (CEO & Founder of Live Out L!ve)

Candace captivated the room with her mission of driving representation, mentorship, and empowerment across the live entertainment industry. She reminded our members of the vital importance of owning their voice and creating space for diverse leadership.

Fueling Our Community & Career Pathways

This session directly supports our core Community Development and Career Pathways programs. By bringing top leaders into our space to sit, eat, and talk directly with our members, we bridge the gap between passion and opportunity.

When our youth see leaders like Julie and Candace breaking barriers, it expands their vision of what they can achieve. We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make last night so dynamic and impactful!
